The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor so is not suitable for those who have mobility issues to climb stairs.In order to complete the self check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Great, beautiful central location right over Southsea Sea Front, near Palmerston Rd and both Piers, close enough to Albert Road. A great little flat perfect for a group of friends, but it would be equally perfect for a family. All the needed comfort with a nice shower and well-equipped kitchen. Rob was a brilliant host, very organised with great communication, and his super-detailed "User Guide" to the accomodation was really helpful in more than one occasion. We had a great time in Southsea, and the flat was one of the reasons why this was such a successful trip.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The flat was much bigger than expected, perfect location to the beach & lovely gardens out the front. Communication with Rob was excellent and couldn’t have been easier to check in/out. He provided us with plenty parking permits for our stay too.
