Hosts were brilliant, my Birthday and they put balloons, birthday sign, bottle of prosecco and some cake 🎂 so so thoughtful. Room beautiful. Very big bed. Facilities fab we played pool when we came back. Very friendly. Even the cats are friendly. Highly recommend

Excellent hosts, very helpful. The studio was perfect for us, with a decent size second bed for our daughter. Great location with lots of restaurants and close to Southsea park/Common.

We needed somewhere nice to stay that was close the the SailGp arena/grandstand and Ashby’s was a short walk away. We enjoy a quirky place to stay and Ashbys didn’t disappoint. The room was lovely and super comfortable. Spacious bathroom and wonderfully comfy beds. There’s a nice games room/house with pool, fuze and ping pong tables, music, comfy sofas and somewhere to hang out. Lots of places to eat breakfast lunch and tea with in 5 mins walk. The host/owner was an awesome guy, super helpful. We’d definitely come back.
