Excellent location, two minutes walk from the centre. The host was perfect, looked after us from the day we arrived. We had a slight problem with the room on arrival which the host fixed whilst we drank a complimentary wine. Our stay could not have been better.

The staff is extraordinary friendly, both in the restaurant and for the rooms. They provide good advises, help, and so on. The situation is perfect and the view very nice. The terrace is nice too.

Breakfast very good. Location exceptional. Nice restaurant on ground floor with exceptional seafood and other dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff.

stefano is a very friendly host ! he kindly picked us up from La Spezia and welcomed us with a small bottle of wine!
