We stayed in the penthouse apartment and the views were stunning. The fact it is on 2 storeys with a double bedroom and shower upstairs was ideal for us as a couple with our teenage granddaughter. She could have privacy and not be woken in the morning by her early risings grandparents. The apartment was well equipped and we ate in on a couple of occasions. Also spotlessly clean. The location in the old town was excellent making exploring easy. A word of warning Porto is very hilly! Finally Rita the proprietor was exceptionally helpful. She responded very quickly to questions about places to visit, transport etc.

Host was amazing. The sofa bed she provided was very comfy and much better than we expected. Booked cabs for us whenever we requested. Left us port wines, white wines, and lovely pastel de nata as a gesture. But more than that, we'll cherish Rita's sweet smile and hospitality. Will visit again.

I highly recommend this place. A truly exceptional stay – only the best feedback. The location in the city is perfect, everything is clean and tidy, and the view from the window is so stunning you could spend the whole day just looking out. The hosts are true ambassadors of their city – helpful and welcoming. They recommended what’s worth visiting and what to avoid, and even suggested great taverns for dinner. Thank you!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this penthouse apartment in Porto — everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the river and the entire city. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Upon arrival, she greeted us with a bottle of wine and a detailed list of must-see places and local recommendations, which helped us enjoy Porto even more. During our stay, she even surprised us with delicious traditional Portuguese pastries – the famous Pastéis de Nata – which was such a lovely gesture. Every detail, from the comfort of the apartment to the hospitality of our host, made our stay unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto. Simply perfect!
