Ambience Boutque Urban. Location 2 mins from Quayside. Lots of restaurants and Bars nearby. Great staff. Very comfotable beds. Great Shower. Interesting shaped rooms. Fantastic breakfast food. Nice lounge reception area for a drink. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Taxi rank right outside the entrance!

The property location was fabulous for exploring Porto, all the staff were really friendly and very helpful and obliging, we had complimentary pastel de nata and port . The hotel was clean and tidy and we loved it . The rooms were clean and tidy with everything we needed . Breakfast was also great and on one of our days the hotel offered us a pack up as we had an early start. The only negative was the room we stayed in was at the front of the hotel and was on the main road so a little noisy at times, so if you prefer it quiet room you can request this . We could have changed rooms but weren’t that bothered. Gabrielle who was on reception was extremely helpful and so lovely and knowledgeable with anything we asked . Overall a great stay at this hotel I would certainly recommend it.

We liked the view. The shower water pressure was great, so was the hot water. My partner likes it scalding hot and it went up to that temperature. We were pleased. The hotel was in a good location, close to all the necessary sightseeing areas for tourists, close to the shops and cafes. The bed was super comfy too, especially the pillows!
