An additional cleaning service can be provided upon request for an additional charge.Please note that there is a charge of EUR 25 transfer to Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport and a maximum capacity of 4 people in the car.Please inform the Shining View apartments in advance if you want to use these services.The property makes no distinction between adults and children (children pay as adults) and the use of the cradle is only possible if the maximum capacity of the apartment is not used.Please note that guests' credit card will be charged if any damages are found in the apartments.Please note that parking facilities are located 350 metres from the Shining View.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I! The location is fabulous. The apartment was better than we had expected with everything we needed, and anything we did want, we could zip across the street to a little convenience shop. With the windows open, you will hear the pulse of Porto and feel the fresh breezes. When you need quiet, close the windows which are well insulated, for a quiet night’s sleep. We loved our host, Pedro, who made sure we were very well taken care of. He wanted us to love Porto as much as he does, and we did ! The only downfall is that we had to eventually check out.

Everything! From our first encounter with the team, we felt looked after. This apartment has been designed with care and has all you might need for a home away from home. Ideally situated, easy access with lift, windows that open, a well equipped kitchen with welcome coffee supplies and a big bottle of mineral water. Master bedroom has a large living space and en-suite, smaller bedroom has great storage and a window with a beautiful view. All the views are incredible, a real bonus to this excellent apartment, probably the best I’ve ever stayed in.

We liked being met by Pedro, nice personal touch. He spend some time telling us about Porto as well as recommendations before taking us into the apartment and showing us around and getting us setup with Wi-Fi. He is a very passionate and helpful man which is a rare find today. The apartment is basic, clean, functional and mirrors the pictures on the website. Access to the building is given by Pedro on the day of arrival as well as a set of keys for the apartment. The location of the apartment is very central to the town however, it is on a narrow, cobbled and hilly street. Plenty of restaurants and bars around however, for produce (milk, cereal etc) you will have to walk 10 mins to the SPAR shop down near the tunnel into Porto. We also, liked the coolness of the apartment, especially when it is hot. It also, has a first aid kit in case of emergencies. 10/ 15 min walk to/from Sao Bento metro station and railway station.
