The conversion of the building into a guest house seemed to have been carried out with a good understanding of the hotel trade, and aesthetically is very pleasing. Although a tiny guest house, there is a lift. Breakfast was a good surprise, with a lovely member of staff serving.

The location was very convenient to the train station, tourist attractions and the Duoro river.

It was lovely and quiet because we were at the back of the building....but that meant no street views/fresh air breeze. We only used it to sleep cuz Oporto is beautiful we wondered around all day. The hotel is perfectly located and we'll definitely be back!! Lovely breakfast too with a sweet young woman who attended to our needs. Thank you very much for the little getaway.

I had a great stay at Ribeiredge Guest House in September 2025. The owner and staff so welcoming and helpful and the location made it possible to visit many sites in the 4 days I stayed in Porto. I had a great room on the second floor with two balconies, all very comfortable and clean and a great breakfast. Tammy, the manager was so helpful with questions and advice about the city. I highly recommend the Guest House and would stay there again if I was able to.
