Picking up the keys was a breeze. The black fob conveniently controlled the garage, while the silver key unlocked the apartment door. To reach the apartment, you have to go through the garage, which was a bit unusual but something I found charming. The entire space was impeccably clean, with hot water readily available at all times. I really appreciated the complimentary bottle of water, teabags, coffee, and crackers. The furnishings were stylish and added a nice touch of elegance. During my four-night stay, I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the late afternoons with a drink before heading out to dinner. The fridge was a useful addition, and although I didn’t need the washing machine or iron, they were conveniently located on the patio. I didn’t meet the host in person but she was always available via Booking.com and WhatsApp, and responded promptly to any inquiries. Overall, I loved my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

he room we stayed in was located behind the garage, complete with a private bathroom. Despite the unconventional location, the room was surprisingly comfortable and well-suited for a couple. Be aware that the terrace is a shared patio with the main house. If you're planning to drive, be aware that the garage is quite small. A compact car is advisable as you will be sharing the space with a couple of motorbikes. The location is good. It offers a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, yet to reach the city center, you'll need to either walk for about 20 minutes (which includes navigating a hill) or take the metro, which is a convenient alternative.

It was the strangest apartment we had stayed in, but we loved it simultaneously. The apartment is behind a garage (the entrance and exit are through). The apartment was spacious, clean and generally relatively quiet. We should note that when we went, it was raining and cold, but the room had no losses, and combined with a small heater, it was warm. The neighbourhood was also convenient with metro, super market, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. In closing we would like to thank Ana and her son Vasco for their warm hospitality they made us feel at home.

It's great to have a garage that we could leave the car safely and walk around the crowded city. The host is informative, and the room is cosy and clean.
