Before your check-in, we will send you your pick up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10 euros, pending availability.Breakfast is included in the price of the stay. If you do not take advantage of it, it will not be refunded. It will be served between 9am and 10am, in a basket at the studio door.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very clean and helpful staff. Easy location to get to. Great bed and linen. Love the towels and the thoughtful breakfast basket, which I didn't know was included. Room is spacious and well coordinated. Quick response via WhatsApp was super helpful. Great stay!

Right from entering the property, the reception was beautiful. The location was perfect, right by the Douro River. The host was great, helped us out with where to park. Within walking from everything you need, 15-20 minutes away from the famous markets of Bolhao and Time Out. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Excellent location. Definitely worth paying the extra for a balcony with river view. Even if you don’t plan on using the facilities, it’s nice to have to extra space of an apartment rather than a hotel room. Very clean. Breakfast basket a nice addition.
