Very clean, kind and polite staff, I liked the location - not too central so quiet and peaceful but still walking distance to lively areas and metro. They also accommodated my late check out which was really helpful :)

All very cleaned and the manager was very helpful and replied immediately to messages. I was very lucky to have an Upgrade in room Torre do Clérigos and it was very comfortable and the bed really nice.
