The location was perfect as a starting point to explore the city. There was a very good big supermarket in the neighbourhood where we often bought breakfast. Good coffee machine - ask your host for the right type of capsules. Cleaning was done well and regularly. Comfortable beds. Very clear and quick communication with the office in case we needed anything. Thank you!!

We had a great stay in Porto and were very happy with this accommodation. Originally, we had booked a different apartment, but the host informed us in advance that there was an issue and offered to relocate us. The communication was clear and transparent, and we were given enough time to decide. In the end, we were relocated to an even better-located apartment at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the Dom Luís I Bridge and very close to Porto Cathedral. Public transport was extremely convenient, with the metro and the funicular nearby, and there were plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops around. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet at night. Check-in was smooth and easy, fully online. We received all the instructions and access codes in advance, and finding the building, key box, and apartment was straightforward. Everything worked perfectly, with no issues at all. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable (one bed and one sofa bed), and it was well suited for our family of three. Temperature control was excellent, with separate thermostats for each floor, making it easy to adjust as needed. Overall comfort was really good. The kitchen was well equipped, with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, and washing machine. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. Nothing essential was missing. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. We didn’t meet in person, but everything was handled efficiently online, and the host was helpful and responsive. Overall, this was a very positive experience. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers and would happily stay here again.
