If this value is higher, the difference will be paid by the guest.Special dates such as the new year are subject to a €150 damage deposit.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location was excellent, market and shopping centre very close by. Apartment was very clean with nice towels and shower gel. Big shower with plenty of hot water for 5 people. Good communication with the host Ivo, who provided an extra fan for the third bedroom and allowed us to leave our bags before the check in time. Basic kitchen equipment provided, washing up liquid and sponge plus a pod for the washing machine. There’s a coffee machine (buy your own pods). Decent sized balcony to sit on.

Great locatio, easy walk to the water front. Transport back by bus or tram. Lots of restaurants and bars cloe by. Would stay here again. We had a cosy 2 bedroom unit with a cute little lounge. Lift was easy.

For the money you can't really ask for more. They host was attentive, the place was clean and practical. It was nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning!
