Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large variety of food served for breakfast and the option to sit outside which offered beautiful views. The location of the hotel was really good also with some of the main attractions in Porto no longer than a 10-15 minute walk!

Fantastic hotel, would definitely recommend. Beautiful room with a gorgeous little bathroom and loved the wood floors. Bathroom was a good size (very large shower) and very clean, as was the rest of the room. A body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash and body cream were provided (in large bottles, not to take away), all of which were very nice quality. Some instant coffee, tea and chamomile tea were provided. Very comfy bed with three pillows (sometimes you only get one, so this was great!). Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect/native-level English. Good location, very central but I didn’t personally find it very noisy at night. I think the highlight may have been the breakfast - I’m not normally a huge fan of hotel breakfasts but this was excellent, lots of fresh fruits, yoghurts, and very delicious pastry’s, plus you can have it outside on the balcony if you prefer. Would 100% recommend, I would definitely stay here again and would love at some point to stay at one of their other locations!

The rooms are beautiful and it’s walking distance to all the main tourist points. Felt very safe and the staff were fantastic.
