The self-check-in process was seamless; we received a door code on the morning of our arrival, which was very convenient. The location is a real highlight—it's situated in a lovely, central neighborhood, making it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. The room itself was clean and of a sufficient size for a short stay. A couple of things to note: it's an interior room, so the window looks out onto the building's internal staircase rather than outside. Additionally, the toilet is integrated into the room and separated by only a glass door, which could be a privacy concern for some. Overall, it's a suitable choice for a one-night stopover, but for any stay longer than a couple of days, the lack of privacy and an external view might be drawbacks.

don’t think we would stay at MyStay Porto Bolhão in Portugal again. Portugal glorious but my stay was not very good at all. We arrived and were told we could not get our room until 4 room 001 (total waste of time for a room to be available this late)…someone was supposed to txt me to say room was ready but they did not. we then went back at 4.20 and the code given to us still did not work in the door. I had to ring and they got a lady to come around. She took me to another room and the code worked no explanation or apology. By this time it was 5 o’clock. We realised a few days later that the room we were trying to get in was the storage room but must the signage was not good. Then sorting clothes out and hanging them up with 4 hangers between 2 people and also the way the wardrobe was situated (see photo) I banged my head a few times so gave up on this and placed clothes anywhere I could hang them. Not a good experience at all!!!! Considering the cost of these four nights it’s not worth the hassle or cost!!!

Location is about 10min walk to the historical centre. Value for money is there, so if you just want a place to sleep and thats it this is fine.

big room and very clean. A small kitchenet and fridge in the room.In the centre of Porto.
