Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to city center. Had parking available on the street for our rental car. Check in was quick & friendly and provided a local map with recommendations for local restaurants.

The room itself was great, clean, furnished really well had all the necessities and nice bathroom too. Comfortable mattress. We had a small bottle of complimentary local wine from the host which was so lovely too. The view from the room was beautiful, we were on the first floor but still had an amazing view of the river. The street isn’t loud at night, and overall, the hotel is only a short walk in our opinion (20 min, minimal hills) from the town centre where all restaurants and attractions are, including the wine cellars. There is a local supermarket very close down the road as well as a few more restaurants which are a short walk away. The host was lovely and answered all questions and queries we had, very knowledgeable about the area too.
