Loved the facilities, the comfortable beds, having laundry and dishwashing facilities. It was also just a mile from Luis 1 bridge and the centre was walkable too. Good to have a garage. The kitchen was generally well-equipped, save for comments below, and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Efficient heating and cooling and a great selection of TV apps eg Netflix and Prime. Lots of space and seating. Nice to have water and some coffee pods provided too. Good WiFi once we were given the new network details. Plenty of available and accessible sockets to plug in chargers etc.

Nice location in more residential neighbourhood but not far from tourist areas. Lovely big apartment and clean.

The condition is the same as what is shown in the photos. Beds are comfortable and the apartment is clean, spacious and full of sunlight. All electrical appliances are Bosch. Water pressure is good too. Our family is the third group of guest, so it is basically like new and spotless. The location is about 15 to 20 mins walk away from city centre. There are with quite a few little restaurants downstairs on the same street. A small supermarket is about 5 mins walk away while a big one about 10mins away. Subway station Herosmo is only 2mins away at the end of street, opposite to a lovely Bed and Breakfast pastry shop which is full of local ppl in the morning. Staff from the management company is helpful with speedy responses. Keys pick up is smooth but needs to have patience to open the gate and door to put the key in right position to turn. There are two garage spots available at the building’s basement. The company Liiving has an App to have more details about the things available in the apartment. Overall, the experience is great!
