The rooms and apartments are v nice, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The house is also very nice, with beautiful gardens and a v good location. But the reason that makes me booking Koolhouse whenever I go to Porto is that the staff are impeccable and super accommodating.

I needed a two single beds room and Koolhouse had not received this request. I contacted them and my room was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment.
