Location is convenient, walking distance to all major sites. Easy journey from the airport to Lapa station. Good coffee and restaurants close by. Safe and secure place. Easy check-in with clear instructions provided. Towels and toilet paper provided. Towels not changed during our stay. The place is nice, we were in room 4 so no noise heard, however, I can imagine the rooms below will experience a lot of noise as these being close to the entrance and kitchen.

Spacious, very comfortable rooms in great central location. Large communal kitchen which we just about had to ourselves and had everything we needed. Couldn't fault and would highly recommend.
