Location of the Hotel Universal is perfect! We stayed on the 5th floor in room 502 with wonderful view🤩. Reception works 24 hours, for us it was very important because we arrived at 11.30 p.m., check in and check out was very quickly👍.

Lovely property, easy to find and right in the centre of restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the bathtub. A nice way to spoil ourselves on our Camino from Lisbon.

The location of the hotel is absolutely great. Made our holiday much more easier. Walked everywhere and felt safe coming back to hotel at late night.
