The staff was friendly. The location was great and surprisingly not too noisy, even though it was near a busy road. (3rd floor)

Staff is very polite and very helpful. It's near the train station. Also, a walking distance to the Douro River and well known touristic bridge. You can cross to Gaia and see a beautiful view from Porto and also enjoy a beautiful sunset. I recommend Hotel Girassol.

The location is amazing, staff were friendly, some of them they do not speak English but they try their best to help. And some they speak good English and willing to help as well.

The room was clean and had a good size. The location is perfect and you can walk around without a need to use transportation.
