Spent 4 nights in HF Fenix. When booking I had requested a double room but was given 2 singles. We just pushed the beds together. The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was nice with wooden floors and nice full length mirror and was cleaned daily. There is a Lovely food market just a few minutes walk from the hotel with a variety of food and drink to choose from . A good 30 minute walk (some steep downhill) to the main area. But Ubers are cheap and there is a taxi rank right across the road if you don’t fancy walking.

The room decoration was lovely and exceptionally clean. We had a peaceful night’s sleep. It was also very considerate of them to serve us in the room, even though we were past the usual room service hours. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee and tea options, which were fantastic. The staff’s constant smiles also contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel.
