If you clean the room after your stay, the cleaning fee will be waived. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - 15 EUR from 20.00 to 21:30; - 25 EUR from 21:30 to 23:00; FROM 50 EUR after 23:00 - UPON REQUEST ONLY AND SUBJECT TO OUR AVAILABILITY. Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): 20 EUR. Excellent location, cleanliness, brightness, balcony, high ceilings, many small touches and thoughtful items, quick and helpful responses to questions when we had them. All information about cleaning charges and other fees was made clear up front. Those charges were, if not cheap, at least in line with other similar accommodations.

The modern design of the apartment, and a lot of additional amenities (forks and knives make a difference). Also i do really appreciate the wonderful staff in the apartment. Very helpful and kind.
