The design, comfort and walking distance to everything we wanted see without being in the crowded city centre that was 7 minutes away. Beds comfortably and quiet for a good nights sleep. Great and warm welcome with the staff always smiling. Bruno was always helpful and kind.

Beautiful big room in a good location not far from the market. Great hospitality from the front desk who gave us recommendations and kept our bags for us after check out. Good value for money

We loved how kind and nice was the guy who welcomed us. He gave us support and suggestions on the city. He also gave us a better room because ours had some small problems. The palace is amazing and well cleaned.
