The fine print
Please note that for stays of 5 nights or more, the apartments are cleaned and linen is changed every 3 days.Please note that the amount of the reservation is charged on the day of arrival. Casas do Porto will contact guests with further details. The property may ask a deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure the reservation.Please note that Casas do Porto does not have an open reception and neither the team lives on the building, so it's imperative that guests contact the property prior to their arrival (preferable 1 week before). Use the contacts on the page for that, this way they can easily program a time to be there expecting you, by the time of your arrival. The absence of contact or reply from the guest may result in the cancellation of the reservation.At the end of the stay, the apartment must be delivered in reasonable clean conditions. If this condition is not verified, an additional cleaning fee of 50 € per apartment may be charged.Also upon arrival, you must pay the Municipal Tourist Tax 3 €/person/night, this can be paid in cash.Please note that only for stays of 5 nights or more, the apartments are cleaned and bed linen changed every 3 days.Please note that an airport shuttle available 24-hour at a surcharge of EUR 25 per trip.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Perfect location in an elegant building. Very spacious two bedroom apartment good for families, groups of friends and ideal for teams travelling for work. Very elegant overall vibe. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and heating. Great bathroom. Apartment was on second floor but there is a great retro-style elevator. Very friendly and attentive hosts. I even got a champagne and a cake as it was my birthday! Lots of advice and tips on where to dine and how to make the most of your visit to Porto. Great windows! Most people do not notice such things but the windows are a true handmade piece of art and engineering. They are also better when it comes to performance (noise/ light/ thermal) compared to modern CNC machined windows.

The location is amazing! We didn't use any public transport at all (and we traveled with three children, two of them in pushchairs!). There's a lift (there are some steps at the entrance to get to the lift). The apartment was clean and comfortable and we got a baby cot, baby bath and highchair, chocolates for Easter and a playmat and soft toy to play with. So thoughtful! We booked the airport transfer with their help and it was great. The communication with the team was excellent! We highly recommend staying here.
