The apartment was lovely and in a central area for exploring Porto. We walked everywhere, although Metro was nearby if you wanted. The instructions for the apartment were very clear and we found it no problem. We didn't meet any staff, but they were available on WhatsApp when required and always replied with any queries promptly. They were very helpful with recommendations of places to go while in Porto. Our apartment was in front of the street, which could be a bit noisy at night, but we found it ok. It was very spacious and it has all you need for a stay in Porto.

The whole communication and instructions given were perfect between host and us. The facilities were new and clean. The location was quite good and we loved they left us a map, water filtered. Equipped with all the essentials: iron, iron board, kitchen…
