Location. It was in a good location near Bolhão Market, Santa Catarina and the Metro. The apartment was light and airy, with a comfortable sitting and dining area, and relatively quiet with good air conditioning if you needed to shut the windows. The main bathroom was spacious. It was probably good value for money.

The host was in regular contact and messaged a code for the lockbox (side of front door), as soon as we were able to gain entry. In addition, we were sent a list of recommendations to see and do, during our visit.

The property was really lovely, clean, great facilities. The owner was there at the end of the phone for any questions and very helpful. The property is central to all the restaurants, markets, perfect place to stay as a group or family 😊

Alexsandra was a very responsive host, which we appreciated, with great tips for the area. We loved the layout, with separate rooms making it easy for everyone to do their own thing. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to be able to do laundry on the go. The lift was handy for our luggage. The location was in the centre of town, near to Rua Santa Catarina and the central market. The Pingó grocery store was about a 5 minute walk away. The lively Douro river area is about 15-20 minutes walk away. Thanks Alexsandra for a lovely stay in Porto.
