I would give 20+ if I could! Everything was excellent! Starting from check-in - we arrived a bit earlier than the time we agreed, but the host was super responsive and flexible, so we managed to get in sooner. All of the requests we had were honored - thank you guys! The location - absolutely top one! Walking distance to every major place of interest! Very comfortable beds! There was a nice perk at the end - we were offered to leave our bags the next door at no additional cost. Ideal for people having their flights later in the day. Communication was really perfect and the fact we had no issues whatsoever makes us wanna come back. No doubts that's the place if we are again in Porto! Thanks again!

Nice clean apartment in a good central location with all the facilities that you would require. We had good communication from the property before and during our stay. It was useful to be able to leave our bags in lockers after we had checked out.

Large and well equipped apartment with large comfy bed.Good wifi.Location perfect for access to all the prime sites. Great local restaurants and nearby supermarket. Communication with Sahar was easy.She was charming and on meeti g us on arrival clearly explained everything and gave good tips on local restaurants. Lift to the 4th floor invaluable.

We were met at the apartment for the keycard handover and the lady showed us around, showed us where everything was and how to operate the air conditioning which is warm or cold depending on time of year and your preferred level of comfort. The apartment was very clean and the photos on Booking.com are representative of what to expect. There is a lift in the block so you don't have to lug your suitcases up to the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped if you cook for yourselves although we would have liked a measuring jug and the cooking knives were very blunt. We found the bed/sofa bed comfortable and unlike other reviewers we found the pillows to be just right, all a matter of preference I suppose.There is a manual in the apartment with useful information on how to operate the washing machine and other appliances plus information about local supermarkets etc.Towels in the bathroom were clean, of a good size and there is shower gel provided. We contacted the owner on the last day as there was an error message on the boiler when the hot water was used, someone came out within 30 minutes but it needed an engineer-he arrived the next day as we were leaving so hopefully it will have been fixed. The apartment is accessible to Porto centre and the Douro river, however be prepared to walk up and down some steep hills!
