We arrived late to Alibi with 2 large boxes with our bikes in. We walked into the wine bar part of the hotel and were met by Joao who immediately helped us with our bikes and helped with carrying them to our room. For the rest of the evening he was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The wine was delicious. It happened to be my birthday and the manager of the restaurant very kindly brought me cake and a candle, a very considerate touch. Our room was at the front of the hotel and was very spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, and a balcony overlooking the street. We ate at the restaurant at the back of the hotel the following evening and the food was exceptional. Breakfast was provided the next morning in the very attractive restaurant area. The woman serving the breakfast (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) again was incredibly friendly with an amazing smile & the breakfast was the best we had in Portugal.

We liked everything - location, rooms, breakfast, the wine restaurant on the ground lever!!! Highly reccomended! The manager, Ricky, was very helpful and kind.
