The location - as others have observed - is excellent, a short stroll to the beach and an easy (flat) walk to the railway station (8 minutes, if you are fit and healthy) and just a few minutes more to arrive in the centre of Porto San Giorgio with its shops and caffes - and a bus station near the railway station where you can catch buses to Fermo, and further to (lovely) places like Amandola (if, like me, you do not have a car). The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, with a comfortable (but firm) bed and a nice bathroom - amazingly with hot water almost instantly (which I have not found often in Italy). Lorenza was very friendly and welcoming, and quick to respond to messages. Be mindful that the accommodation is in a residential area; when I was there, the community of dogs along the street had set up some kind of symphonic routine of barking, but closing the doors to the little balcony and turning on the air conditioning certainly helped. I would happily go back there and stay again - especially given its very reasonable pricing and its proximity to public transport. Plus, Lorenza was lovely - which really makes a difference when you are travelling alone.
