We had a fully equipped and cozy apartment, with everything, what you need. Everything was clean. We received a bottle of Madeira wine as a welcome gift. Celine was very nice. It's a beautiful location and we had a great vacation, thank you.

Due to the weather it was cold inside the house. Two heaters were provided and that kept us warm at night and we could sleep but otherwise it was constantly chilly. Everything else was great!

Overall we had a good stay while there. We were welcomed nicely by the host. It is a very quiet area and options for restaurants etc are limited + longer drive to many places. If you are looking for peaceful get away then this might be it. There were some things which should likely be looked at by the accommodation owners and I will highlight here. Three main things are: The drainage in the bathroom which seems to be laid wrong as there is a strange smell coming from the pipes. Second is the privacy of the front door since it is in glass looking directly to the driveway, where other guests will also be parking and walking. Suggest you put up a curtain as a quick fix. Third the bed is quiet uncomfortable. We were only there for 3 nights but if you are staying longer this would likely be annoying. Again, our stay was fine.
