We slept there for two nights. The host explained in a very detailed way how to access the appartement (by message, sending pictures and even a video) so it was really easy to find. The appartement has everything that’s needed in the kitchen or to wash your clothes. In the bathroom, you will need to bring your own shampoo and conditionner. The bed are comfortable and there is enough space for 4 people. The appartement is a little dark inside and because of the weather it was quite cold at night. I would recommend to bring warm clothes to sleep if the weather is not good (i doubt that using the heating would be a good idea). The parking was difficult the first day because from 10 to 18pm there are a lot of tourist and not so many spot avalaible. But if you are like us and you choose to explore during the day, coming back to Porto Moniz late in the after noon you should not struggle too much to find a parking spot. If you stay more day in Porto Moniz, maybe do some grocery before coming to Porto Moniz because the supermarket there are very small (you can find mostly everything necessary but maybe not everything that you want). Not too far away there is a restaurant up the hill that makes really good food for a good price, you can order take away like us and enjoy it in the appartement.

The location is excellent, very close to shops and cafes and the promenade. The apartment was very well equipped for self catering and the laundry/utility space would have been superb for a longer stay.
