Lovely place to stay. Matteo was great and all communication was clear and easy. Lovely breakfast laid out. Gorgeous apartment.

Beautifully designed modern apartment in Porto Ercole with very nice balcony, outdoor area and fully equipped! The owner brought a breakfast basket with fresh pastries, fruits and jams. Very clean, full of sunlight. Private parking included.

Very cute guest house which hosts three ensuite rooms with a communal lounge and kitchen. A delicious breakfast of pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc was included. Nice wee area outside to have your morning cuppa. Would like to have had more than one night there.
