One of best hotel there.Book here and will not regret .All good - rooms , food , swiming pool.The best part is the staff and expecially the Jacklin .The hotel must to ne very ptoud with her.Thank you to Jack for help amn kidness

The beach is protected by a reef and therefore very safe for swimming. The beach was one of the best I have ever been. The customer service was mostly very good. Jackeline spoke English and replied to WhatsApp’s, she was very helpful. Sergio would check in periodically to make sure we were happy. The night clerk who ignored us at 3am when we wanted to check out - we were less happy. He came out - then went back to sleep. The WiFi was very comprehensive (Ubiquiti) averaging 10-20Mbps for customers.

The staff is indeed great, the food (breakfast and dinner offered in the package) is excellent. The beach in front of the hotel and the pool + amenities for the kids are really nice. It’s really clean and it feels premium for a 4 star resort.
