Definitely not posh but we liked it. Was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the beach. We were parkrun tourists.

The staff were absolutely adorable, welcoming and very helpful. The proximity to and view of the ocean and ocean were a definite surprise plus. Be aware that the pub doesn't serve food anymore...

This was an ideal location. There was a cafe next to the property which was ideal for meals.
