The location and the accommodation were excellent. Cat is a wonderful host. The room was good enough sized for us, and the sea view was amazing. We loved the decor and furniture. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated too. The breakfast options were great - choices of cereals, milks, yogurt, breads. juices, fruits etc. and various options for cooked breakfast including egg florentine. The car park is free 72 hours stay, only 1-2 mins walk away. All-in-all, a very nice stay, and we will be back whenever in this area.

Very pleasant, tastefully decorated in a traditional English middle class style, with an excellent breakfast room overlooking the sea. The comfortable terrace in the photo above is by the breakfast room. Cat, the young lady looking after the accommodation, is very pleasant and helpful, and cooks excellent breakfast. My single en-suite room was very comfortable. Had a small desk, an old fashioned TV, a hair dryer. I loved the book shelves and books on the floor where my room is: a great selection of novels alongside art books The B&B is on the High Street, almost next door to a COOP shop, a pub, and a fish and chips shop. There's a small theatre nearby. I noticed a bus stop nearby. I thought of taking a bus tour of the island but ran out of time. There is a free car park within 2min distance of the accommodation, but it was full so I had to park on the high street about 5 min walk from the accommodation. All the roads are at an incline, so your fitness will be tested. The roads are narrow and bendy, but many are one way. It's an excellent place to visit for walkers and climbers, and history enthusiasts and there's a festival going on in mid-April.

Cat was a charming host. The view from the bedroom was lovely (not all rooms would have the same view of course). Breakfast good though slightly limited choice.
