The staff were so lovely! It's been a while now and I've forgotten his name (I'm sorry!), but the gentleman from Prague was such a wonderful, lovely and helpful person. The other gentleman on reception even called me once I got to my room to tell me about an Australian café in Portland that sells pies which was a nice and personal touch. I felt very welcomed when I first arrived and was happy to see them both when I would come and go throughout my stay. The location is great and walkable to everything in Portland. I was travelling alone and the area around the hotel was relatively safe, although I didn't go out when it got dark. It was easy to get to the light rail/train too. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the main things I needed.

Absolutely beautiful Hotel. Staff were amazing, engaging and helpful. Exceptional customer service. The room was well fitted, comfortable and clean. Very impressive place. Great family trip. Would stay here again if ever overseas again.
