Staff were very helpful. There was an issue with the first room where there was a damp smell (probably from the rain) . But on my request, they were very accommodating to change my room to a better and comfortable one. The location is excellent. The store across the street serves hot coffee and sandwiches for breakfast. Good value for money.

The staff were so friendly. The location was perfect. The parking lot was tiny, but super nice to be able to have free parking.

The hotel's name undersells the accommodation. Whilst it's excellent value for money, it's not the bargain basement establishment the name suggests. It's close to several tram (streetcar) stops in the university district. The homelessness visible in other parts of the city is less noticeable around the hotel. My room was huge with a view onto a quiet, attractive street.
