The location was very convenient. The property is deceptively large, and it's also quiet and comfortable.

The whole aesthetic of the house was cosy cottage. The house is lovely and warm and there is loads of space. My son loved the landing with the chair in the corner where he spent most of his time reading. The views are amazing on a clear day. Many thanks to owner for sharing such a wonderful property that has been in their family for decades.

Gorgeous character cosy property- lots of space, fireplace and spacious rooms. Magical feeling! We walked to Portmeirion, great coffee and the railway and a big supermarket nearby too. Well equipped kitchen, and tv has all the Netflix etc for a rainy evening in. Great base to climb snowdon too.

The Lodge was much larger than we'd all anticipated with an large old section plus a new, modern extension providingt plenty of space to eat, talk and catch up with friends.
