Perfect small location for a stay in Porthleven - 5 min to Bus so fantastic for discovering Cornwall! It was very clean, and Laura the owner was very helpful and friendly !!

The location was excellent right in the centre of Porthelven but nice and quiet, no traffic noise. The host was lovely and the accommodation was spotless, although we ate out a lot of choice in Porthleven there were was everything you needed if you wanted to cook in the property, would highly recommend and great value for money, will definitely return.

Perfect location with everything we needed included. Excellent WiFi and the host was very kind and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything.
