A nice welcome and in a good location. Just a couple of minutes walk from the esplanade in one direction and a couple of minutes to the High street in the other. The breakfast was simple, but generous. We were at the back of the building and it was very, very quiet outside. There was a nice little tray of coffee, tea, biscuits etc and for once, someone was generous with the accompanying milk pots, as usually there are NEVER enough!

Brilliant location! Beach, fair, circus, supermarket and town all within walking distance. Cracking little museum just behind in the town. Host was helpful and friendly. Room very clean and nice little selection at breakfast. Overall great value for money and would happily book again!
