Location was lovely. Accommodation was a lot more basic than I was expecting. Could definitely do with more glasses, mugs and a new set of knives as either blunt or broken. Very expensive considering no play passes included (although this is stated in the details) and cheaper and of a higher standard to book directly with Haven. Policies changed between time I booked and our arrival (from pet friendly to no pets) but they did (eventually) make an exception since at the time of booking it said it was pet friendly. Caravan could definitely do with a little maintenance and with some replacement items. I had higher expectations having read previous reviews.
