A Memorable Staycation – Warm Hospitality.. The hotel was spotlessly clean,. What truly made the experience special was the staff — every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly, and genuinely caring. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and varied. During our stay, we unfortunately experienced a power outage in the rooms due to a general electricity issue across the governorate. While this could have been a frustrating setback, the way the hotel staff handled the situation completely transformed the experience. They were understanding, proactive, and did everything they could to help us feel comfortable throughout. What truly stood out was the thoughtful follow-up: the next day, I received a personal call from the General Manager, Mr. Maged, who sincerely apologized and offered us a late checkout for as long as we needed. As a final kind gesture, we were presented basket of freshly baked goods before our departure.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The pool was clean and well-maintained.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!!! Not my first and surely not gonna be my last stay at Palma. The suits are spacious and spectacular. SPOTLESS CLEAN! The staff are amazing, everyone is smiling, everyone is trying to help. THE FOOD IS THE BEST, the breakfast buffet is a delight. We ordered steak for dinner, and the cook on that steak was perfect. The pool experience is AMAZING.
