The location is close to the entertainment facilities with amazing rooms' view, the suites are spacious and clean with new furniture and equipped with all needs stuff. The hotel itself is more like a resort with plenty of green, kid's area, nice pool, and wide parking area. All the staff were amazing, friendly, smiling, and hospitable espicially the manager Mr. Maged who is really a decent, super nice, and extremely helpful person. He welcomes all the guests in person, makes sure everything is done properly to ensure our stay is comfortable. Internet speed and coverage are very good. We also enjoyed the music band who played really nice and elegant music. We were B&B plan so we tried to breakfast which was delicious with wide variety. We also tried the room service and the food again was delicious. We overall enjoyed our stay at Palma hotel and we'd like to be back again. Thank u all for making our stay amazing.

Large clean room, comfortable bed, ocean view, quite area, far from noisy street. Rich tasty breakfast. The best of our stay in Egypt.

Staff was friendly and accommodating us 5 persons with kids. Premises was very nice, clean and near to everything you would like to visit by walking distance.
