A more than wonderful hotel, a very distinctive view, and very good staff, Ms. Reda, the general supervisor, and Madam Rania, the room service, and a wonderful restaurant as well.

Wonderful property. My room was big with a lovely balcony and spotlessly clean. Huge pool area and also beach access. Breakfast had great options and the hours were good. The staff were wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Marom Portsaid with my family. The hotel truly excels in providing an exceptional guest experience, with staff who are dedicated to ensuring every need is met. The housekeeping team, led by Ms. Reda Fawzy, was outstanding. Ms. Reda went above and beyond to resolve any issues, while her team—Abdel Nasser, Amal, and Heba—kept our room impeccably clean and comfortable, reflecting their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to accommodate all dietary preferences. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning next year!
