From the start, nice welcome, professional and friendly reception, Cleanliness is outstanding with fantastic room service team. Pools are very clean, safe areas for children. Safe guards are available all the time. Nice slides (small aqua park) are very nice. Breakfast is delicious with oriental Egyptian options. Guards of the gates are smiling, nice,and friendly. If parking slots are full inside the resort, they will guide you to another parking area just next to resort. Location is inside the city and just next to big restaurants. Resort has a private beach , very nice.
