We arrived during the worst storm floods in years and Jasmine on reception was really helpful checking us in. She also got us a room for my son and his girlfriend who were in a camper van but their site was potentially going to be cut off by the floods. Everyone in the hotel were super friendly and gave us advice on how to get back to Sydney the nest day as the motorway south was shut. Fortunately we got out of town the next morning as some of the roads were becoming impassable.

Meals were lovely. My daughter got married and all the catering was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was delicious great food and service.
