Bed was comfy and the room was spacious for a couple. Good amenities in the room also. The pool area was nice, it had been raining so all the chairs and loungers were wet however. Beautiful view of the harbour and waterfront. Buffet breakfast was delicious, definitely recommend getting it.

Booked a king superior room on arrival was allocated a room with 3 beds broken sink no kettle for tea making staff told me it was an upgrade but not what I wanted

We needed a place to stay just for one night travelling from Byron bay to Sydney so it was a great spot to stop over for the night and recharge.

Great place to stay for a little staycation with kids or without! Pool and spa were amazing, kids really enjoyed it. location great, shops and restaurants across the road and on the same st. Breakfast buffet was nice. Restaurant looked cute. Would definitely return!

Beautiful location. We loved the pool and even more so for the pool access room we were allocated. We had dinner at the restaurant, everything was delicious. Sails is kid friendly, great for families like us, yet remains a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Just perfect. Staff were particularly attentive. The grounds have been beautifully planted and maintained to a very high standard. The position of the hotel relevant to the town and beach was just close enough. Rooms were very clean and well presented. Restaurant service and quality of food was excellent. Very impressed.

Loved the room. Loved the area. Loved the feel of the place. Disappointed there was no phone in the room. Disappointed the internet was down for all our stay. Disappointed that I had to pay $15 for parking. Disappointed bed was very soft.
