Nice airy views - partial ocean. Nice natural light to all bedrooms, kitchen & lounge. Toilet in its own separate room but no hand basin. Plenty of room to move with large balcony accessible from the lounge and each bedroom complete with large two wire washing line for towels etc. Secure lock up garage for the unit. Maybe possible to fit two cars in it one very close behind the other.

Comfey relaxed residential vibes... homely rather than glitzy clinical . Well maintained older apartment, we had our own lockup garage in a very secure apartment block.Super well equipped kitchen right down to an air fryer and sandwich press! Even paper towels, cling wrap and tinfoil provided. Great little laundry with washer, dryer. Could hear the surf at night and butcher birds singing.Glimpes of the beach from the balcony.
