N/A re breakfast as it was a self contained holiday house. It was generally quiet as it was the weekend, but busier on a weekday with passing traffic.

Lovely fresh and modern, immaculate with all necessary equipment - ideal for couples and families, having 2 bathrooms is perfect and easy access although a car is recommended. Husband has mobility issues, and this was perfect as all on the one level. The utility and garage was a bonus! Highly recommend.

Location was good, you could walk to Flynn's Beach but you need to drive to the main shopping centre and restaurants.
