Whole house. Felt like moving into a friend's property for a couple of nights. Old house, a bit of t.l.c. needed, but warm, comfy, effective and nice warm fire in lounge. Lovely garden. Great location - opposite pool/gym. Walk or short car ride to lovely parks/walking areas.
