We had a wonderful experience. The staff embodied the spirit of Ubuntu, demonstrating exceptional warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived. Although we encountered some challenges with the check-in and check-out process, it was largely due to our own timing issues, and the staff handled the situation with professionalism and understanding, ensuring a smooth resolution without any escalation. Their attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. We highly recommend this guest house for its outstanding customer service and welcoming atmosphere.
