Port Douglas Motel is just 50 metres from the local restaurants and shops on Macrossan Street. It is 40 minutes drive from Kuranda Scenic Railway and Skyrail. It is an hour's drive from Cairns Airport.
The refurbished air-conditioned studios each offer a sofa, a DVD player and an in-room safe. All rooms include a private bathroom with a hairdryer.

For stays of 7 nights or more rooms are fully serviced and cleaned with new linen provided halfway through the stay.

The ironing board had a lump which caused the and dirty iron with black marks on it to damage my shirt!
