Please note that Port Douglas Motel does not accept payments by American Express credit card.Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. As our cancellation policy is 5 days, full payment will be taken within 5 days of arrival.Reservations that provide invalid or declined credit card details will have their bookings cancelled.Please note that rooms do not receive daily services, however additional towels and amenities will be provided on request.For stays of 7 nights or more rooms are fully serviced and cleaned with new linen provided halfway through the stay.Please note that for guests that arrive after our reception closes we will leave a note on the reception doors explaining how to access your room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The Port Douglas Motel was one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in so a 10 out of 10...the only slight downside was we couldn't seem to connect the TV to the internet...everything else was A1...very energetic and friendly proprietor...would definitely recommend...thankyou
