The fine print
Please note that late check outs or early check ins are not available, however luggage storage facilities are available.You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must be in a private room (dorm rooms are accepted however if the number of guests is less than the number of beds, each of the beds must be booked so the room is considered private).Guests are required to present a valid form of ID on check in – an Australian Drivers licence or International Passport are accepted.Please note that a $10 key deposit is payable upon check in.Please note that the reception and bar will only be open from 9am to 9pm on low season from December to March. There will be a staff member on-call after hours for emergencies.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s a large place with many rooms and lots of activities, so there’s always something to do. They also offer good discounts and opportunities like work for accommodation, which is really helpful. Overall, a very complete and positive experience.

The showers and toilets outside the room, but good facilities. Very friendly staff. Is in a good spot in Port Douglas.
